Silvatein™ – Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Silvatein, every piece is crafted with love, care, and intention — just like the brand itself. As a homegrown label, we work closely with a small team of artisans and tailors to deliver thoughtfully made Indo-Western outfits that feel as personal as they look.

We want you to have a smooth and joyful shopping experience, but we also ask for your understanding and support as a growing Indian business. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and exchanges:

1. Cancellations

Since we begin processing your order almost immediately, we accept cancellations only if:

The request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, or
The item has not yet been dispatched

Once dispatched, we cannot cancel the order, as each item is packed and sent out manually by our small team.

Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

To request a cancellation, kindly email support@silvatein.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

2. Returns & Exchanges

As a homegrown brand, we currently do not offer returns on products unless there’s a genuine issue like damage, defect, or wrong item received. This helps us manage our limited inventory and keep waste low.

However, we do offer size exchanges for selected items if:

The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All tags and packaging are intact

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we allow only one exchange per order.

Why we don’t allow returns easily:

Each garment is produced in limited batches, and a returned item often cannot be resold, leading to losses and waste — something we try to avoid as a mindful brand.

3. What Can’t Be Exchanged or Returned

Sale or discounted items
Customised, altered, or made-to-order garments
Accessories (due to hygiene)
Any item not in its original condition

4. Received Something Wrong or Damaged?

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear pictures of the issue
Your order ID
A brief explanation If it's our error, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and we’ll take care of the return logistics too.

5. Refunds (When Approved)

Refunds (for cancelled orders or accepted damaged/incorrect items) will be processed:

To the original payment method within 7–10 working days
For COD orders, via UPI or bank transfer

6. Orders Cancelled by Silvatein

In rare cases, we may cancel your order if:

The product is out of stock or discontinued
There’s a pricing or inventory issue
Your transaction is flagged for unusual activity

You will be notified, and 100% of your payment will be refunded.
