1. General

Silvatein™ is a homegrown Indian clothing brand offering Indo-Western women’s fashion, crafted thoughtfully in small batches.
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Silvatein™.

2. Product Information

All product descriptions and images are created to best reflect the actual item.
Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to device displays and lighting.
Our products celebrate craftsmanship; slight irregularities are natural and a part of handmade charm.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payments through:
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, Paytm, etc.)
- Razorpay (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets)
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Prices are subject to change without notice but once you place an order, your price is locked.

4. Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Silvatein™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. International shipping is under development and will be launched soon.
Standard shipping timelines are 5–10 working days from the date of order placement.
Delivery delays due to natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen logistic issues are not our liability.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

At Silvatein™, each order is specially packed and dispatched with love and care. As a small homegrown brand, we do not accept order cancellations once placed and confirmed.

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns only for regular priced items, if:

The product is defective or damaged.

The wrong item was delivered.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

Sale items

Stock clearance items

Customised, altered, or discounted pieces

To initiate a return:

Kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Share an unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue.

The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

We are working towards offering smooth return pickup services soon.

In case pickup is not available in your area, we kindly request customers to arrange courier return at their own cost.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Card, etc.) within 7–10 working days.

If the returned item is damaged, soiled, or used, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.

Important Notes:

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced products.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

Sale and clearance items are final sale — no monetary refunds or exchanges are applicable on them.

If you fail to initiate return within 48 hours after delivery, we may not be able to accommodate the request.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers, sale discounts, or promotions unless clearly mentioned.
Coupons must be applied at checkout; they cannot be added after an order is placed.
Coupons and offers are valid for a limited time and may be discontinued without prior notice.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
As a small business, we curate offers thoughtfully to ensure fairness for all.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, text, graphics, photographs, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations are the exclusive property of Silvatein™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All product designs, styles, patterns, prints, embroideries, and silhouettes created and displayed by Silvatein™ are the original creations of the brand and are legally protected.
Any copying, reproduction, distribution, replication, or commercial use of our products, designs, or content, whether in part or full, without express written permission from Silvatein™, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Our garments are crafted with originality, and we take infringement seriously to protect the efforts of our designers, artisans, and creative team.
Customers purchasing products from Silvatein™ do not acquire any rights to copy, replicate, or commercially exploit the product designs.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer privacy is extremely important to us.
We ensure data protection through SSL-secured browsing and Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.
We do not store your credit card, UPI, or banking information.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
